What will you be doing?

• Develop sales skills through pitching clients, negotiating rates, lead generating and networking.
• Grown your own client and candidate portfolio within your sector
• Facilitating the recruitment procedure from start to finish, ensuring all stages run smoothly
• Creating candidate relationships and sourcing new roles via communications
• Advertising yourself and the company building a personal social media presence!
