Via our organic growth ladder and specialised markets, Managing Consultants Eden Rathore and Macaulay Harrison-Hooton are building their teams and are ready to find their next Top Performer, alongside Sales Manager, Jake Gallagher.
What should you know about the role?
- You will be trained in developing a new business strategy within a specific vertical market
- Responsible for finding and sourcing your own leads, clients, and candidates
- You will be building your own brand within the company and managing your workload as if it was your own business
- You will be trained by some of the top learning and development consultants in the UK and have 1-2-1 management to get you to where you want to be
What we're looking for:
- Keen to join a sales driven environment – cold calling/business development
- Ability to absorb bespoke training delivered by our Internal L&D Team
- Ambitious in their growth potential AND earning potential

- Financially motivated
