£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + £2700.00 Area Allowance + Quarterly Bonus

Job Specification: 

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment life cycle to find and recruit the best talent for our client’s business mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities

  • CV screening
  • Interview/assessment day facilitation
  • First stage online interview evaluation
  • Face-to-face interviewing
  • Attending careers fairs and being an ambassador for our client
  • Support university campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials 
  • Recruitment database administration
  • Candidate feedback
  • Managing job postings and assembling interview documents
  • Maintenance of applicant tracking data
  • Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquiries
  • Travel to other regional offices on occasion

The Candidate: 

  • Must be educated to degree level (Batchelor’s degree in any discipline)
  • Experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft based applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
  • Able to take the initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and use good judgement to resolve problems
  • Can-do attitude, team player with a methodical approach to work with strong prioritisation skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Integrity – the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information
  • Driving licence preferable but not essential
