Lead by Sales Manager Alex Hill (Million Pound Public Sector Biller), we are looking to double the office headcount. Our office is new and modern and has quickly grown since our opening in 2021 and have been smashing it since.

We offer UNCAPPED everything - uncapped commission structure, uncapped earning potential and uncapped career progression! OTE for year one is an average of £40K!

The role itself?

• Become a specialist in a core market (no prior knowledge needed)
• Find and match the best candidates to our clients’ needs – helping you secure repeat business.
• Target companies within your market to network – this will help you build up your client base.
• Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge
• Advertising – build a personal social media presence!
