Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Benefits/What You Get:

·      Basic salary of £24,000 (market leading basic salary in Manchester)

·      Lucrative commission structure.

Year 1: £40,000

Year 2: £50,000 - £60,000

Year 3: £100,000

·      Extensive training academy. 45 hours of Learning & Development training within your first 3 months of joining the business.

·      Incentives such as trips away (Dubai, Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona). Lunch clubs (Tattu, Dishoom, Gaucho) etc. 

Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped Commission (£40,000 OTE)

My client, founded in 2004, is a leading recruitment consultancy firm, specialising in the IT, Engineering and Construction sectors. Their rapid growth has allowed expansion in London, Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, and even overseas in USA, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands, and they’re not looking to stop anytime soon! To carry on expanding at this rate, they are in need of hard-working, ambitious graduates to join their vibrant Manchester city centre office, where you’ll learn from the best in the business. Everyone that joins the team can expect to be welcomed into a work hard, play hard culture, where they really care about YOU. Listed in the Fast track 100 and the Recruiter Hot 100, you will receive regular and thorough training. Upon joining the business, you will have support from the on-site Learning and Development team, with 45 hours of L&D within your first 3 months. Going forward you will have weekly 121s with your manager, regular mentoring, and classroom sessions. Along with the great financial incentives, the rapid progression path will allow you to be in managerial positions within your first 9 months.
