The Role

·      Sourcing candidates through calling, emails, LinkedIn and switchboards

·      Building relationships with candidates and clients

·      Scheduling interviews and meetings

·      Preparing candidates for interviews

·      Negotiating and managing offers

·      Speaking with schools and educational institutions to understand their needs

·      Bringing on new business

Who Are You?

·      A university degree (desired but not essential!)

·      A truly driven individual and self-motivated

·      Confident – you’ll be speaking and pitching to very senior people
