What we want from you!:

• Confident and energetic communicator- beneficial when making daily sales calls.
• Good understanding of sales/recruitment and keen on establishing a sales career.
• Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience – useful but not essential in our grad programme
• Keen on self-development to contribute to a successful career – think about why progression is important to you!
• Ambitious about earning potential– this is key as our basic starts at £19,000 with OTE of £30- 40K in year 1, £60 -80k in year 2 and £100k year 3 onwards – why are you looking to achieve this?

What does the Role entail:

• Building recruitment knowledge, becoming a specialist in a core market, both UK and globally (no prior knowledge needed)
• Sourcing and Developing Business attained within your Niche Market area
• Building and maintaining a portfolio full of Top Clients and Candidates
• Facilitating the recruitment procedure from start to finish, ensuring all stages run smoothly
• Develop sales skills through pitching clients, negotiating rates, lead generating and networking.
