The Role:

·You will use a variety of channels to find talent – LinkedIn, jobsites, adverts, and networking.

·Understand people and build rapport.

·Conduct initial screening & interview processes for candidates.

·Build long lasting relationships with candidates & clients.

·Understand the needs of your clients.

·Build your network of talents and clients.

·Become an expert in recruitment and your industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

·Educated to degree level, perfect for a new or recent graduate as all training is provided.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Confident over the phone and face to face.

·Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
