Celsius Graduate Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a global company who offer recruitment and payroll services to clients all over the world, they are growing very quickly and now have trainee opportunities for an ambitious graduate, looking to develop a career in recruitment, to join their Executive Search Business.

As a Graduate Finance Recruiter you will be working alongside a dedicated and highly experienced mentor, assisting in the delivery of talent to our clients existing customer base, placing highly skilled and experienced candidates into the investments space, working with Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds and Investment Managers across the globe.

What you will learn:

• Relationship Building - developing existing partnerships, networking and relationship management
• Talent attraction - creating adverts, blogs, social media content, pod casts, mailshots, targeted campaigns and always providing new and innovative ideas towards candidate attraction
• Pro-actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Managing the candidate recruitment process, interview facilitation, visa applications, mobilization
• Candidate assessment and interview techniques
• Candidate management, assess candidate skills and needs to match them with the correct vacancies
