The Company

The company are a global leading firm encompassing numerous brands which span across a range of markets, including: engineering, technology, accounting and executive search. This offers the chance to learn and work across different sectors, in turn expanding your knowledge of the industry as a whole.

They also offer a market leading training programme which utilises both classroom and on the job training. The training is ongoing for 12 month and has been designed to ensure you understand the whole recruitment industry. Alongside that, in your first week you will be taken to one location with all other new starters across the UK to a recruitment event hosted by the best recruitment speakers and trainers in the industry.

As the company are global with offices worldwide – there are also plenty of opportunities for international secondment after your first year. Destinations include Sydney, New York and Hong Kong.
