Your new company
The Hays London City office is in the heart of London, a minute away from Bank Station. You will be working withing the largest recruitment office within the UK which is all open plan, which creates a buzzing culture. Being right in the centre of London you are a stones throw from the big banks and a short train ride from the creative west-end, where we have some of the biggest names as clients. The team is thriving and we are looking to boost our team with enthusiastic and passionate people. We have multiple positions facing the Insurance, Marketing, Finance and IT markets with great potential. Hays offer the best training in the industry, delivered by our team of expert Trainers and supported by ongoing development within the office.
Your new role
You will join a large team of expert recruiters where the Hays brand is well respected within the marketplace. You will lead from the front, enhancing existing client relationships whilst winning new business in order to maximise revenue growth on your desk. We operate in a dynamic environment where leadership opportunities arise, for those seeking further progression in time. You will focus on developing your temp business but will also have the opportunity to bill permanent revenue at the start of every academic term. You will join a successful and ambitious team who pull together to deliver the very best service to our clients and candidates.

You will show a clear track record of success in your studies at university, with a talent for building relationships. You will enjoy working in a busy, target-driven environment and possess resilience, persistence and determination in order to achieve results. You will be sales-focused, outgoing and confident.
