The role

As a Graduate Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters in their day to day role by resourcing candidates and passing them across to recruiters. After the first 12 months of resourcing you will then progress onto a recruiting position. Both roles offer a high reward for high output, which allows candidates to get out what they’ve put in by maximising their earning potential and moving up the ladder quickly on a day by day basis.

Salary - £24,000 with uncapped commission on top of base salary. All Graduate Recruiters have the potential to earn commission and bonuses on-top of their salary.

With each resourcer earning £500 per deal they assist with there is the potential to be earning £2,000 per month on top of the basic salary.

Quick progression – moving from the Resourcer position to a consultant position within the first 12 months.

As our client is a well-established organisation, they have a specific set of requirements as to what they are looking for. The successful candidate will have some of the following skills and experience:

  1. Graduate with a minimum of a 2:1
  2. Previous sales experience
  3. 1-2 years recruitment experience
  4. Motivated by money and are driven to succeed
  5. Not happy just scraping by and doing the bare minimum
  6. Have a resilient character and are not going to let a little set back hold them back
  7. Want to push themselves to work hard and progress as quick as they can within the organisation
