Who we are
Our purpose - to build trust in society and solve important problems - has never felt more relevant. We bring our purpose to life through our focus on our clients, our people and the communities in which we live and work to address current and future challenges. As one of the world’s leading professional services organisations, attracting the right talent continues to be paramount. Investing in our people is central to our mission and inclusive culture. Whether it be empowering our people to learn new skills for the digital world, to reimagine the possible on how we work with clients, or to be open-minded on how we care for and support each other, we want to create an environment where our people can be the best they can be.
What we do in Technology Consulting
Technology is at the heart of business and is often a key driver and enabler of change.
Our technology teams solve business problems through the design of technology strategies, development of technology architecture, delivery of enterprise applications, sourcing, project management and operational management. Our deep data and analytics experts enable our clients to both trust and use their data for competitive advantage. We deliver the technological solutions organisations need to compete and grow. We build a lasting legacy of improvement and performance, partnering with best in class technologies and solution sets.
What you'll do
Your structured development programme means you’ll experience the different types of work we do and get exposure to the clients we work with. It might involve helping clients address business-wide change, potentially brought about by regulation or changing business demands, or setting transformation strategy and the underpinning technology. Or you could be involved in a detailed appraisal of a client’s processes and systems, assessing their strengths and weaknesses. Whatever the project – this is one programme where you won’t stop learning.
What you’ll gain
You will undertake a 10 week training programme. This will include 4 weeks of management consulting training, followed by 6 weeks of technology consulting training.
Within this technology training you will cover a variety of areas, such as data analytics, technology implementations and you will be introduced to several enterprise tools.
You will also study for the foundation certifications in ITIL and Microsoft Azure.
What you’ll need
You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1. degree or above, ideally in a STEM related degree (Science / Technology/Engineering /Maths) and demonstrate a passion for a career in technology and how organisations use it.
We determine whether you're on course for a 2.1. based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
Explore. Inspire. Reimagine.
