The DGF UK Graduate programme places you in a variety of roles across our international Freight Forwarding business. Throughout the programme you will be empowered to learn on the job and deliver real results. Start Date: Mid-September

What the programme looks like:

24 month structured programme – including UK travel as required, including:

• Rotational placements in key departments including Operations and Functions
• Working on key business projects focused on continuous improvement, digitalisation and change management
• Working with stations on their metrics, data analysis and systems innovations

Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications required:

• 2:1 or above degree classification (predicted or obtained at the time of application) in a related discipline including but not limited to; economics, business management, finance, logistics/supply chain related.
• Interest in project management, IT / digitalization and data analysis
• Strong interest and motivation to start and develop a career within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry in the UK market
• Passion for providing an excellent service to our customers, with innovative ideas and practical solutions to continually improve the business
• Fully mobile to travel within the UK
• Must hold a valid UK driving license at the start of the program
• Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the program
• Must be fluent in English
• Enthusiastic and open-minded in getting the most out of the program with a ‘Can- Do’ attitude
• Sensitive to diverse working teams and environments in order to manage change effectively
• Confident communicator – able to tailor communication style according to the audience

What do we offer?

The programme will initially be a 24 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the aim that our Graduates move into a permanent position within the business – subject to a suitable vacancy being available and in line with the selection process for the role.
