Celsius Graduate Recruitment are on the lookout for two dynamic graduates to join our clients’ diverse team based in Birmingham. Our client has been established for over 25 years and are the UK’s leading IT learning solutions provider with over 1500 project management courses including Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare and many more. The solutions they provide are an integral part of helping organisations transform the performance of their teams through innovative learning experiences.

 

You will progress through a continual training programme throughout your employment, attend training academies and have a clear progression track, which could also lead to Account Management, Senior Account Management, Team Leader and Management roles in future.

 

In your role as a Graduate New Business Development Manager, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and build relationships with clients as you work with a team of resoucers to find dynamic young people for apprenticeship roles within the technology sector. You will only look after clients in this role and work closely with your team to find out each company's needs and find them the right people who will grow through their business. The role will require you to meet clients face to face and close deals as soon as possible- all training will be provided.
