Graduate Media Sales Executive - Multiple Vacancies
Location: London - With offices worldwide providing opportunity for international travel
Salary: £22-£25,000 (1st Year 30-35K OTE)
Start Date: Flexible start dates available as well as ASAP
The organisation is a well-established and hugely successful organisation within the Media Sales industry and has worked with some of the most recognised social media platforms to date. As well as being renowned for being one of the most reliable and trustworthy companies within the industry. They are looking to hire 3 enthusiastic graduates with a passion for the media sales industry, who are career-driven and hungry to succeed. These graduates would join the quickly expanding digital media sales team and would be rewarded with many incentives such as a modern office space, monthly socials and quarterly lunch clubs!
The day to day of the role will include contacting potential new clients within the digital media space. New hires will enter into the companies' industry renowned training programme, designed to teach even the least experienced graduate the in's and out's of their new role and the media sales industry as a whole. During this training programme you will learn numerous vital aspects to the role such as: how to identify potential clients, how to conduct yourself in a professional manner, account management and many more! Once you graduate (again) from the programme you will be a fully-fledged media sales executive. A media sales executive would be expected to fulfil all aspects of the role with 100% effort, including maintaining relationships built through strong client communication.

Resilience - Not for people who struggle dealing with rejection - good sales people will be able to work through the adversity
Competitive nature - Whether it comes from sport, academics or a sibling rivalry - wanting to win is hugely important within sales
Money Motivated - Sales is a meritocracy based industry, the harder you work the more money you make!
A recent Graduate from University (2015/16/17/2018) with a classification of 2:2 or higher.
