The Company:
Protective Sportswear is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of mouthguards to the sports industry. Their SafeJawz brand is experiencing rapid growth which has created their need to recruit a creative and self-motivated Graduate Marketing Coordinator


Qualifications:
Qualified to degree level in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines, along with a good understanding of content management, CRM and reporting software packages plus Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Creative and SAP applications is preferable. You will have a portfolio of knowledge and skills that can be used to add value to this exciting project.


Skills, and experience:
You will be a creative, strategic marketer with an excellent understanding of leading edge digital marketing and its application across both B2C and B2B platforms.


With a proven ability to gather, analyse and interpret market intelligence, you will be able to use the results to inform category management strategies. You will be able to use customer intelligence to segment product categories, to position products according to market need and to develop product descriptors that will appeal to the target market. You will have the ability to use marketing tools to design and implement client-focused online and offline communication strategies, making use of all aspects of the digital marketing tree, including SEO, social media and email marketing. You will also understand the need to monitor marketing strategies and be able to use the result to increase the returns on investment.


Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, you will be proficient at building and managing profitable B2B and B2C relationships using online and offline mediums. You will have the ability to work with different stakeholder groups to influence buying decisions and increase sales using online and offline mediums.


To ensure you achieve your objectives, you will use your innovative approach, creativity and attention to detail to overcome any barriers to market engagement and to adapt your skills to the needs of the task. You will use your excellent organisational and project planning skills to meet deadlines, to work as an effective team member and to manage multiple deadlines effectively.


You will have a genuine interest in sport.


Training and Mentoring:
In return for your expertise, you will have the opportunity to join an ambitious organisation and lead a business critical project. You will be mentored, throughout the first 6 months of the project, by an experienced academic from the University of Wolverhampton and by the Directors of Protective Sportswear.
