Graduate Manager

The Graduate Manager will be responsible for managing candidates who have applied on various job boards to come through the Furza process and academy. This will be done through outbound calls, emails and candidate management as appropriate, to ensure a regular flow of high quality candidates into the Furza assessment process. 


We’re looking for candidates who want to make an active contribution to the wider commercial success of the business, assist in identifying high potential candidates interested in a career in sales, correctly qualifying these candidates for the Furza process, as well as taking responsibility for managing these candidates through the process from application through to assessment day. 


The role offers a generous base salary and commission structure based on the number of candidates that pass assessment days, with additional commission available upon hitting and exceeding candidate success targets. This role is designed to provide entry level commercial experience with the view that you have various progression opportunities after six months onwards.

Key responsibilities: 

  • To develop a clear understanding of Furza’s process and academy. 
  • To qualify and manage the candidate database. 
  • To identify high potential talent for client sales teams. 
  • Be involved in assessment centers and client/candidate interaction. 
  • Attend candidate marketing events.  
  • Strong diary management to manage multiple candidates simultaneously. 


We’re looking for someone: 

  • Educated to a degree level. 
  • A professional and consultative approach and attitude. 
  • The ability to build relationships with both business leaders and candidates 
  • Commercial awareness, with excellent communication skills. 
  • A team player looking to take on more responsibility. 
  • Able to use initiative, work autonomously and contribute ideas. 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Furza offerings. 
  • An effective manager of your own time. 
  • Organisation, numeracy and a structured approach to work. 
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
