Duties and responsibilities

* Embark upon a 3 month training programme to enable you to develop into a fully-fledged junior management consultant (including a 6 week charity pro-bono project)
* Work with complex pieces of analysis to help improve businesses' efficacy and increase the client's return on their investment
* Apply your inquisitive mind to an analytical, consultative business model
* Shadow and work with consultants to build up your consultancy knowledge and learn how to put theory into practice
* Quickly take ownership and accountability for delivering against project targets and deadlines
* Apply an analytical perspective to business needs in order to adequately advise your clients
* Develop your personal, communication and presentation skills so that you are able to present to all levels of the client
* Apply your new skills on internal projects that shape the direction, culture and values of the company
* Other ad hoc duties


To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong academic background. You will be diligent, passionate and have excellent communication skills. Candidates applying for this vacancy will need to have excellent attention to detail and a desire to work for a growing business and will have the following:

* 2.1 or above in any subject from a Top 30 University
* Strong A levels
* Proven experience in managing difficult clients / situations
* Proven experience in setting and delivering against targets
* A highly organised approach
* An accountable and inquisitive personality
* A strong analytical mind set, with a solution driven approach to challenging situations
