A non-profit organisation, our client is the umbrella under which almost 150 glazing installation members reside. In their twenty years, their operations have yielded a combined value of £850 million. A Graduate L&D and HR Trainee is now required to help prolong growth!

This exciting role exposes the successful candidate to a whole range of responsibilities. Understanding how all business functions interrelate, you will identify how best to enhance current development plans. Strategic approach to planning, role/team analysis and the management of the apprentice mentor scheme all fall under your remit. The Graduate Trainee will also hold the exciting responsibility of creating, implementing and developing training and development plans

The Role:

  • Role and team analysis, defining responsibilities and conducting appraisal reviews
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with employees of all levels
  • Source training solutions internally and externally
  • Implement and drive training and development plans
  • Emphasise and influence the importance of team development with managers
  • Manage change and the apprentice mentor scheme

  • Educated to degree level in HR, or another discipline involving organisational design and development planning
  • Evidence of problem solving and development planning skills is advantageous
