Marketing / Sales / Customer Support Team


Working in the sales and marketing team will give you a busy, exciting and varied workload. The team are responsible for the distribution, sales and marketing of Natracare in over 70 countries. This means working closely with our current distributors and wholesalers, seeking out new opportunities for distribution, as well as growing brand awareness through marketing and communications. With continued growth of the Natracare brand, we are looking to further strengthen our team and you would take responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers across several countries. No two days will be the same, but as an outline, here are some of the duties involved in the role:


• Research, manage and develop relationships with existing and new partners to ensure the brand is well represented in each market


• Behave as key liaison with customers, communicating important brand updates and company news


• Research market trends, competitor activity and feedback insights to the sales and marketing team


• Attend and assist in the organisation of trade shows and exhibitions


• Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing activities (content generation, advertising, events, writing press releases, product launches)


• Contribute to the creation of sales materials such as presentations, leaflets or videos.


• Actively contribute to the improvement of our communications


• Support sales and marketing team handling general enquiries and other everyday tasks


Attributes


• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable communicator, happy to speak on the phone, contribute to meetings and represent the company at occasional trade events and in meetings with customers


• Eager to forge new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers through to deal completion


• An ability to build relationships at all levels


• Strong written skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style


• Exceptional organisation, managing short-term and long-term projects in a timely manner


• Good initiative, and a solutions-driven attitude


• Degree level education


• Strong competency in a foreign language an advantage but not essential


• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


• An affinity to the Natracare ethos and company values


Salary range: £20,000 to £23,000 depending on experience.
