The Role

The Automatic Inspection Team uses cutting-edge technology in optics, image processing, metrology, electronics and industrial robotics to develop new and innovative solutions in support of our manufacturing operations worldwide. These solutions are used not only for process control and quality control but also increasingly as enabling technologies for the development and high-volume manufacture of next generation Automotive and Architectural glass products.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Developing automated inspection systems from concept through to rollout.
• Building lab prototypes for evaluation.

A full UK driving licence and car ownership would be an advantage due to limited public transport to the site.
