All the evidence of a great career.
We've smashed our targets, become part of the world’s largest recruitment company The Adecco Group, been a Times Top 100 employer for 8 years running, won rather a lot of awards and industry commendations and celebrated it all on a massive glamping trip. Ok, so we were rained on during a series of inflatable challenges, and hung out in A&E three times (fact), but we smiled as we partied into the night. Because whether we're finding the very best candidates for our clients or creating advertising magic, we do it together as a big, slightly quirky, talented family.
About this exciting role
In an increasingly complex digital world, it’s harder than ever to distinguish between campaign tactics that are truly effective and those that aren’t giving a great return on investment. As an Insight Analyst for us, you’ll bring all that data to life.
Analysing complex data relating to the digital marketing performance of clients’ advertising, website, user experience, social media and any other relevant sources of data, it’ll be down to you to provide our friendly colleagues and clients with insights and recommendations that will meet and exceed expectations.
It means being passionate about improvement and ensuring you stay at the forefront of digital measurement technology to find innovative and accurate ways to monitor user behaviour. And you’ll be committed to looking for new ways to ensure our approach to planning is supported by a wealth of evidence.
It takes strategy, creative thinking and the ability to create a forge great working relationships at all levels. To succeed you’ll need to have experience or recognised qualification in a Maths, Statistics or Data Science subject, ideally at degree level, as well as experience of working with raw media data to generate advertising campaign insights for clients. You’ll be confident presenting in business meetings, and producing clear written reports, and will have had exposure to digital marketing analysis tools such as DoubleClick or Atlas.
It’s a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines, so you’ll need to be able to respond quickly and precisely to queries and work requests from clients and colleagues. Most of all, you’ll bring a positive, can-do’ attitude and the desire to share your energy and knowledge with your close-knit team.
As if a great salary, continuous career development and being part of the Penna family wasn’t already enough – we’ve also got a few extra benefits to boot, including private health insurance, a health cashplan, group personal pension scheme, life assurance and an employee assistance programme.
