Our new Graduate ICT Business Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes liaising stakeholders, gathering and compiling user requirements to understand their needs in terms of technology solutions and associated business processes.

As our Graduate ICT Business Analyst, you will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology and process design or improvement decisions. You’ll also be proactive about working with the Project and Programme Managers and the Technical Architect to look for new technologies to optimise business processes and maximise the benefit of IT investment.

Aside from your strong knowledge of software and ICT alongside your degree, your strong relationship building and communication skills will support your successful stakeholder management across the business. You’ll have a logical approach to work yet be able to adapt to different situations and priorities, planning effectively. Your strong analytical skills will not only support your research in the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and strategies but will also help you to identify opportunities and problems and thereafter find solutions.

The role will be based in either Exeter or Taunton with some travel required as necessary. Therefore a full driving license is essential.
