We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Graduate Human Resources Assistant to join a well-known digital marketing recruitment consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and updating recruitment databases.
  • Support the training and development process by coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining employee training records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
