As for your background, experience in recruitment is a plus. However, we’re happy to train you from scratch if you have a solid sales or customer service slant. We’d prefer you to be degree qualified in a sales or technical discipline, and you must be able to attend our office in Chorley.

In exchange, we will give you a detailed and long-term training programme where you’ll work closely with other members of our team to develop your skills. Once you’re established, we support a hybrid working model so you can work from wherever you’re most productive.

As you’d expect, we offer a transparent and achievable bonus structure based on your placements. Plus we attend trade shows in Europe and the US, so you’ll also get to see some of the world.
