Salary: £23k-£27k + £45k OTE

This is an exciting graduate financial sales opportunity in a fun and vibrant company. Our client is a top international supplier of financial data and information, based in the heart of London, they sell technological solutions in to private equity firms, hedge funds and venture capitalists. The company has built a name for itself hiring exclusively at graduate level, offering in depth training and support as well as a young and fast-paced environment to work in. It has gone from strength to strength during the last 2 years and plans to take on 15 new graduate sales executives by the end of December. They continuously work only with the most prestigious clients making up the top 10% of the market.
Continually referred to as one of the most progressive industries, this fintech sales executive position is the perfect opportunity for a target driven, energetic graduate to begin their career and establish themselves within this ever expanding organisation.
As a graduate fintech sales executive you will be exposed to the full sales cycle from day 1. With extensive training provided; you will learn everything that you need to know about the products and services you will be selling, the market the company operates within and the best sales techniques currently available. With rapid career progression expected, you have the potential to become an account manager within 3 months all whilst earning some serious money.
Your duties on a daily basis will include:
Researching potential new clients and calling them
Conducting company presentations at business conferences
Selling internet-based financial intelligence
Business development - generating leads and winning new clients to work with
Managing existing accounts and looking to maximise profits
What we are looking for in a candidate:
A 2:2 degree or higher from a top University is desired but not essential
A strong work ethic - the more you put in to this role the greater the rewards
A competitive nature - you want to be the best and exceed your targets
Be money motivated
Good communication skills and a strong sales ability
Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
