£20,000 Per Annum - £6,000 Bonus + £3,000 Travel Allowance

This provides an opportunity for a number of motivated, graduate calibre individuals to come on board as Business Development Executives.

• The Graduate Business Development Executive will cover existing accounts and develop new clients across a specific geographical area within the conurbation of Birmingham.
• Delivering revenue through sales of the company's market leading products and services to small retailers across the territory.
• Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Calling on existing accounts to build relationships, reinforce the benefits of stocking products, and develop customer's knowledge of the offerings to ensure profit is maximised
• Building a portfolio of new clients and striving to grow their business
• Supplying merchandise and providing point of sale and promotional materials
• Administration and reporting on activity, sales and profitability
What you'll need:
• The ideal candidate will be a graduate calibre individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, drive, ambition and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
• Some level of experienced in a commercial sales or sales support role is essential for your application to be considered for the role
• A Driving licence and own vehicle will be required
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to engage with your clients
• Professionally presented, with the ability to question, listen and credibly build rapport with clients and prospects
• Well organised and self-motivated with a winning attitude
