This is a graduate job offering up to £23K per annum to someone with the right level of experience.


How you can expect to spend your day;


The objective of the role is to support the E-commerce team with both website updates and email marketing campaigns. Working with the marketing, buying & merchandising team to execute campaigns and assist with running day to day activities


Email Marketing


Creating email campaigns using Photoshop and Email Management System


Testing email contents for potential errors on images, copy and links


Uploading and scheduling emails to targeted customer segments in database


Tracking email performance (i.e. - Revenue, Deliverability, Open Rates, Click Rates, A/B tests) and reporting to key stakeholders in business


Assisting with planning and executing automated CRM campaigns


Website


Supporting the Web Team with weekly onsite promotions: banners, product and category refreshes on the CMS platform


Helping with the seasonal launch: updating product description copy to HTML and updating Product Catalogue file with product information (product page info, product attributes, related products, categories, banners)


SEO - Assisting the Web Team in implementing recommended SEO updates on the site with updates to URLs, page titles, products titles, landing pages, meta descriptions


Providing an extra eye on all website content, products, prices, functionality


Testing and checking product details on the website to reflect up-to-date information


The ideal intern's personality and qualifications;


Good knowledge of Excel


Basic knowledge of HTML & CMS


Good Knowledge of HTML & CSS would be strongly desired


Basic knowledge of Photoshop and email building


Ftp knowledge desired but not essential


Being able to work in a fast pace environment with a proactive mind set


High attention to detail


Excellent inter-personal/communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude


E-commerce experience will be advantageous but an interest in e-commerce and customer experience is essential


It's essential to think of the customer in every aspect of your work
