Stitches of Bridgnorth are a leading provider of commercial embroidery, heat press and screen printing services that is based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. Established in 1997, the company has grown from being a small wholesaling business to a nationwide provider of embellished goods. The company’s growth has been achieved through its focus on meeting customer needs and on its commitment to quality. Keen to maintain its market focus, the company is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Direct Marketing Graduate to help them expand their customer interactions.
With a proven ability to design and develop effective client-focused online marketing communication strategies, you will have a good understanding of the digital marketing tree, particularly SEO, social media and email marketing. You will have experience of online copywriting and editing and be able to use a variety of tactics to increase site visibility and improve conversion rates.
Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, you will be proficient at building and managing profitable B2B relationships using online mediums. You will have the ability to work with different stakeholder groups to influence buying decisions and increase sales and be able to develop and implement key account and customer relationship management plans.
To improve the quality of your online strategies, you will be able to gather and analyse market intelligence and use the results to inform future campaigns. You will be able to use your innovation and creativity to deliver online and offline strategies that can achieve their objectives. Your exceptional organisational and time management skills will allow you to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively. You will understand the need to monitor marketing strategies and be able to use the result to increase the returns on investment.
Qualified to degree level in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines, along with a good understanding of content management, CRM and reporting software packages plus Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative applications, you will have a portfolio of knowledge and skills that can be used to add value to this exciting project.
