This Industry leading company are currently recruiting for a talented graduate to join their in house sales team.  

 

Location: Manchester  

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 

Start date: Sept/Oct start dates  

 

Our client  

Our client are market leader in the digital advertising space with a current foot-fall of over 50,000 UK users daily. The business cover a variety of sectors such as travel, days-out, restaurants, gadgets and more! Upon joining the team of 30 sales consultants in Manchester you will be assigned to one of the listed desks and work on creating daily deal packages to be displayed on there online platform. As a digital advertising sales consultant you will receive full training provided by senior members of the organisation. The role is varied in terms of your responsibility, exposing yourself to the full 360 sales cycle.

You will be responsible for the following: 

 

  • - Sourcing and generating your own leads in order to win new business to work with – this will involve competitor analysis of new businesses that are emerging. 

  • - Integrate and work closely with other staff members in order to create a great team working environment. 

  • - Once you win new business you will become the account manager, meaning you get to work closely with your own clients and build upon existing relationships. 

  • - Build and create daily deal packages to draw buyers and traction to the site.  

  • - Making sure you hit all of your key performance indicators daily – this will involve pitches made to clients, phone calls made throughout the day and the amount of revenue generated. 

  • - Always looking to improve upon your skillset and both market and product knowledge – this will be done through research, networking and further training. 



The ideal candidate for the role: 

  1. Talented, intelligent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above. 
  2. Ideally a ‘second jobber’ commercial experience is essential. 
  3. Excellent social networking abilities and is commercially savvy. 
  4. Clear communication skills. 
  5. A genuine drive to succeed and work hard for success.
