Join us and you’ll enter a three-year programme that’s a vibrant mix of classroom training and real-world projects. On any given day, you could find yourself involved in report writing, modelling or design calculations in 3D software packages, visiting sites and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information or meeting with the team about the scope and progress of projects.


Side-by-side with this business exposure, your specialist technical and professional skills training will include:

We’re looking for a wide variety of people with degrees in civil, structural, bridge, electrical, power and mechanical engineering, plus those with transport planning, geography, physics, maths, economics, risk management, surveying and geotechnical degrees, among others.
