About The Role
We are seeking a Full Time Graduate Customer Service Manager to manage our day by day customer service functions and scale up the department as we grow. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a young and entrepreneurial environment in a quick grown company within the jewellery e-commerce sector.


You will be responsible for a small team and managing the completion of our daily customer service interactions via email, phone and LiveChat. You will also be required to review and manage the department on a daily basis, monitoring issues, completing checks while suggesting and implementing change. You will need to ensure our customer service offering keeps up with very rapid business expansion while consistently maintaining our high customer service standards so customers remain the heart of our business!


About You
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English;
An ability to manage your own time effectively, working independently and also as part of a team;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly within excel, and a high level of comfort working with multiple IT platforms once full training has been provided;
An entrepreneurial attitude and fantastic commercial awareness with an ability to understand the business impact of all decision making;
The capability to digest, process and present information and data effectively; and
A true team player with bundles of enthusiasm who is always willing to put the customer first!

Additionally the following qualities would be desirable:
Customer service experience
Other languages (especially French, German or Italian)
Experience using customer service software
Previous jewellery knowledge
Experience working in online retail
Experience in managing a team
