Are you their new Graduate Customer Service Account Manager?

 

They are looking to add a team of standout Graduates to their vibrant new offices in order to grow the business and further dominate their respective market. Their current revenue is based upon 97% repeat custom, and their existing talented account managers deal only with long-term customer relations bringing in high volumes of regular business.

 

As a Graduate Customer Services Account Manager, your work activities will include:

 

• Managing existing and new accounts in the UK and worldwide.

• Warm calling new leads and previous clients to reignite business.

• Providing high levels of customer service to clients in order to retain and maximise the accounts.

• Managing the 360 degree sales cycles and ensuring quality of service provided to customers from all departments of the company

 

The suitable candidate for this Graduate Customer Services Account Manager role will be/have:

 

• Excellent communication and rapport building skills.

• Outspoken and outgoing by nature.

• A positive and proactive approach to work and problem solving.

• Well organised with effective time management.

• Ability to listen, analyse and react (intelligent problem solving).
