We aren’t here to build an ordinary company.

Our mission - to combine culture and performance to change the way people think about work.

At Wiser, we’re all about ignoring the ordinary and doing things different so we built an in-house creative agency to change the world of recruitment. That's just one way we set ourselves apart - there are many others. From our Happiness team to our cinema room and personal development programmes, we make sure that our people are at the forefront of all that we do as a company. Our people are our brand and we want people who are proud to say that they are a part of it.

If what we’ve said above is up your street then you should get in touch no matter what but here’s a bit more about our entry level recruitment position - this could be in any of our teams from Tech Sales to Consumer Goods so don’t think too much into the industry, just get in touch!

The role

There's a lot of stigma around recruitment but if you're the kind of person who loves people, super self-motivated, wants to progress fast and earn well then give it a shot - it ticks a lot of boxes.

Being an Associate means that you manage the recruitment cycle for a range of different clients from start-ups to large organisations. We expect you to learn fast and do what it takes to give an excellent service to our clients. That involves the following:

  1. - Client briefs. We don’t just want the basics - we want a great relationship, we want to know the ins and outs, the pros and the cons and we want to know how that client differs to others. It's your job to get all of that info out of a meeting.
  2. - Recruiting top talent. From job boards to your own personal network we trust you to source the best people and not only that, but we want you to actually build a relationship with them too! Lucky you.
  3. - Provide an excellent interview experience. You’re the expert here, you know the client and you know the candidate - make it happen smoothly.

As you learn the ropes, you’ll be tasked with bringing on new clients and growing your desk - think of it as building a mini business within a mega company. That is what it’s like and it's that kind of mindset that will get you far in the industry.
