Graduate Client Services Executive – Advertising Platform – £25K – Central London

This client is focused on delivering their clients' marketing goals, constantly seeking out innovative ways to achieve them using digital media channels.

A market-leading native advertising platform that makes engaging campaigns fast and easy to set-up and run, whilst driving high quality traffic to their clients' content.

This is a grad job offering up to £25K per annum depending on your level of relevant experience.

How you can expect to spend your day:

The purpose of this role is to support, manage and deliver single and multi-channel marketing campaigns across our client base, as well as be able to report on results.

This includes a number of key tasks:
• Assist with managing and maintaining relationships with core clients, supporting account managers
• Identify, coordinate and drive development initiatives for existing client growth.
• Plan strategy with clients and internal teams to meet objectives of both parties.
• Cross sell of services to existing clients where opportunity exists.
• Work with clients to know and understand their businesses, define and meet objectives, and work with account teams to track performance.
• Update and maintain client process documents, and general organisation of client collateral. Keep abreast of client list across all channels.
• Support new business and assist with planning for new business proposals where required.
• Understand the accounting process and create client invoices

The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:
Degree level education or equivalent.
No prior digital marketing experience strictly necessary.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to continuously demonstrate innovation and initiative.
A self-starter with the ability to give things a go and not worry about getting it wrong at first!
A mathematical and analytical mind.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Highly organised multi-tasker with great attention to detail.
Communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies (or at least give it your best shot!).
Ability to maintain visible presence with client senior management.
Committed to providing the highest quality work quickly.
Enjoy working in a small team.
Some knowledge of Mario Kart and playing Table Tennis is always welcomed
