The supports against cyber-attacks, data leeks and makes sure they are 100% GDPR Compliant. As a Graduate Client Services Consultant, you will be working with clients building relationships and acting as the point of contact for the business.

The Role

  • Managing various internal and external stakeholders
  • Having a great understanding of the complex software and being able to understand how big the issue is and what action you need to take.
  • Troubleshooting problems
  • Acting as first-line support for clients and being their main point of contact.
  • Managing relationships and supporting with on boarding wild updating records and CRM system.

The Candidate

  • With your 2:1 degree in a Business or Technology focused subject matter you will be able to get to grips with the subject matter and complex technology they offer.
  • Having an interest in technology and strong Microsoft skills will prepare you to learn the complex software.
  • Your strong communication skills and confidence in presenting will ensure that you deliver the best service and problem solving.
  • Your strong organisational skills and excellent time management will prepare you for the varied workload.
  • With your experience in a commercial setting either as part of a placement year or internship, managing various stakeholders will ensure you to hit the ground running and provide the best support.
