Graduate Business Development Representative Role:


  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the Egress offering, prevailing market conditions and new services and payment plans, in order to educate prospects thoroughly on the benefits of working with them
  • Conduct regular outbound campaigns, calling through to potential customers, emailing them and using other mediums such as LinkedIn
  • Liaise closely with the Marketing team to qualify leads and interest from the campaigns they run
  • Using a consultative led, flexible approach, customise product solutions and understand client needs in order to build long-term business relationships with them
  • Schedule business meetings with potential customers and Account Executives
  • Report into and learn from Business Development Managers on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Graduate Business Development Representative:


  • Educated to degree level
  • Capable of working independently off your own initiative, you must also enjoy and thrive when working within a team
  • You will be ambitious, but you will not lack integrity
  • Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills
