Celsius Graduate Recruitment are currently searching for a dynamic, emotionally-intelligent graduate to join their expanding team in Central London. Celsius are the UK’s leading Assessment, Placement and Training organisation for the technology sector and have a legacy of over 15 years placing graduates onto exciting career paths within technology sales. Unlike most recruitment roles, this is a fantastic opportunity to make money straight away as you will be driving new business into a mix of dormant accounts and brand new clients through a mix of warm calling, email campaigns, social selling and networking.
The role will be reporting into the Senior Account Manager in London who will guide and mentor you through the sales and recruitment process. You will be targeted on booking meetings for the Account Managers and will progress gradually as you shadow them on these meetings and learn how to effectively demonstrate value and build relationships with Sales Directors within starts-ups, SME’s and large blue-chip organisations. You will eventually go on to become an Account Manager and manage your own client portfolios.
With a large market to attack and an enormous database of dormant accounts, this is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic graduate to build relationships with some of the most dynamic sales leaders within the tech sector. We have over 200 repeat-clients in the UK and this is constantly growing due to the buoyancy of the market, which is growing faster than the UK economy.
For this Business Development Executive role, you will need to be/have:

• Sociable, emotionally-intelligent and able to build rapport
• Driven, self-motivated and persistent
• Confident and eager to learn
• Organised with honed time-management skills
