They're now looking for ambitious, relationship-led Business Development Executives at an exciting time of growth for the company. You'll take charge of your own assigned territory, managing relationships with prospects and customers and regularly travelling to engage with them.

Graduate Business Development Executive Package:

Your central responsibility as a Graduate Business Development Executive with Morphean SA will be to create and develop relationships with prospects and customers.

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:

  • Obtain and maintain a ready, current knowledge of Morphean SA, its offering, industry and competitor landscape
  • Regularly perform business outreach - proactively contacting prospects via email and over the phone to qualify interest and schedule meetings in which to pitch
  • Deliver proposals and pitch to clients virtually and face to face, negotiating and closing business with them based on the strength of the Morphean SA offering
  • Manage your own pipeline of business, developing rapport with your existing customers in order to up and cross sell services

Graduate Business Development Executive:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Bi-Lingual Fluency - German and English
  • A full driving licence
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural flair for developing business relationships
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
