This is a grad job offering up to £22K starting salary with an amazing commission structure to hit £40K in first year.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Working with clients specialising in the expanding mobile and technology industries.

Helping start-ups grow by helping them map out their target markets, sales and marketing strategy as well getting them investment

Headhunting through market mapping, identifying key companies, and individuals who are highly skilled in specific fields.

Once leaders are identified, you will negotiate salary, sell the firm you are recruiting on behalf of and send down relevant CVs with the appropriate due diligence being done.
