Your role: Graduate Business Development Consultant

You will spend your first 6 months in an extremely varied, internally based role. You will gain extensive insight into the company and will develop a thorough understanding of how CSG works, how the marketplace operates and what services are offered.

Once you have established yourself, you will progress into managing existing accounts, interviewing candidates yourself and delivering placements for your clients. It's at this point that you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - a very exciting prospect for ambitious graduates!

You will start with 6 other Pareto graduates, undertaking training together to ease you into your new roles. The ideal graduates will be tenacious, confident and will have outstanding interpersonal skills.
