Who are we?

 

We are a tech recruitment company that operates in Fintech, health Tech, green tech and retail tech! We have found an amazing niche early on in Tech specific recruitment. The more the tech industry grows the jobs there are and the need for tech recruitment increases and as we all know the tech industry is booming!

 

We started in 2019 with 3 people and have grown to 350 people 2 and a half years. We have already expanded internationally with offices in Amsterdam, New York, Dallas and Singapore and we’ve just signed off on a new Sydney office and are looking to open 2 more in 22!

 

Our founders are super competitive and ambitious, we don’t want to stop there, and our aim is to be 1000 employees by the end of 2022 and 3000 by the end of 2024.

Everyone who joins us now, we are going to NEED them to step into managerial roles and head their own teams to accommodate all our future hires to ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets. We only promote internally, and everyone starts from the same level and is promoted based on set targets… You are in charge of your progression!

·       A 26K base salary with UNCAPPED commission from day 1, Average OTE- 50-70K first year

Your Role:

 

1.    Business Development

·       Creating new business by building relationships and reaching out to senior executives at the top Tech firms.

2.    Headhunting

·       Finding suitable candidates for these organisations, reaching out and developing relationships with them.

3.    Consulting

·       Ensuring the whole hiring process goes as smoothly as possible, acting as an intermediary between the client and the candidates and helping with sales negotiations.
