AlphaSights
AlphaSights is the global leader in 'knowledge search'- they connect industry leaders with the people and data they need to make important business decisions. Established in 2008, AlphaSights is an entrepreneurial, fast-growth company, continually featuring on lists like the Fast Track 100, Deloitte Fast 50 and the 50 Best Places to Work. Now, they've asked Venatrix to find seven top-quality candidates to join the January intake of their prestigious Graduate Associate Programme.

The Programme
The Graduate Associate Programme is a rigorous and demanding introduction to the knowledge search business, which will expose you to a range of projects and industries. You'll join the Client Service team, and act as the intermediary between clients on one side, and targeted industry experts on the other. Over the course of the two-year programme, you'll rotate around projects in a range of industries; your role will involve identifying your clients' knowledge gaps, and the specialist knowledge required to address them. You will then research companies and industries in order to identify and engage leading subject-matter specialists, and connect them with your clients. There's no 'typical day' at AlphaSights, and you will often be working on a number of projects concurrently- your role will require you to be quick-thinking, intellectually flexible, and an independent worker.

Company Culture
AlphaSights prides itself on its high-octane staff, and the company's culture of learning supports their development. Employees are encouraged to attend the regular speaker and training events hosted at the offices, and to read around their projects in the company library. There's also lots of fun stuff, and great perks: the company runs yearly all-expenses-paid summer trip abroad, and once a month they have an all-night house party in their offices! And- you can take our word for it- the offices are AMAZING!

You
We're looking for high flyers for these positions. You must have a 2:1 or above from a top 20 University, as well as 320 UCAS points (that's the equivalent of ABB at A-level). Fluency in an additional European language is a bonus. To succeed in this role you'll need to be:

* Curious and inquisitive
* Entrepreneurial
* Results-oriented
* Adaptable
