As a CX (Customer Experience) Consultant, you'll employ a creative, passionate approach in delivering the best solutions to your clients. The Role:


  • Manage customer interaction through multiple channels - whether it's face to face, social, telephone or the internet
  • Act as a Functional consultant, specialising in the delivery of CX Cloud Applications
  • Using Oracle's proprietary methodology, implement CX Cloud Applications thoroughly
  • Assist in ensuring customer solutions are at their highest level of quality
  • Deliver client facing workshops, detailing the very best use of CX to business users
  • Working with rapidly evolving technologies, liaise closely internally and provide comprehensive support to your clients

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline, preferably from a course that is related to business, IT or other relevant studies
  • Some customer facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering to clients and colleagues alike
  • Some prior knowledge of Sales, Service or Marketing processes
  • Innovative and creative, possessing the ability to think outside of the box
