The Role:

  • Assist customers by implementing Modern Best Practices for the Oracle Cloud
  • Contribute to small and large scale implementations, both in-house and externally
  • Support and assist the Business Transformation team in driving customer Cloud adoption
  • Help in delivering customer facing workshops, including the Customer Enablement Workshop, Cloud Operating Framework and others
  • Help in devising and implementing key Business transformation plans, using feedback gathered from Stakeholder analysis and Business Impact Assessments
  • Streamline Stakeholder Engagement and Communication approach, as well as the Training and User Support approach for business users
  • Engage directly and proactively work closely with other members of the Oracle consulting team, as well as customers on site visits


  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline, preferably from a course that is business related - economics, management, finance/accounting etcetera, with a good academic track record
  • Some customer/client facing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills necessary
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Innovative and creative, possessing the ability to think unconventionally
