We need a new generation of analytical minds to help elevate our approach to data — call it ‘ele-data’.

You’ll work on the front line to help us get fully data-driven as we expand our analytics function. With access to data camp courses and rotations through our key analytics areas, you’ll shape the future of Frasers Group.

If you’ve got an eagle eye for detail, the urge to solve problems, and the need to push boundaries, we want to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Before you apply, you’ll need to check two things: that you have GCSEs in both Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above, and that you have the legal right to work in the UK. We don’t mind what degree you have (or are doing), but subjects like Maths, Economics and Finance would be a bonus.

This two–year programme will have you taking real responsibility from day one as you elevate your career. Based at our Shirebrook HQ, you’ll be rotated around our four major analytics divisions:

• Commercial
• Retail Operations
• Warehouse and Logistics
• E-Commerce
