The Role:

The successful applicant for the role of a Graduate Account Manager will:

  • Manage the sales process for the homeowner, checking in with them weekly
  • Ensure that the property receives the correct volume of viewings from relevant applicants
  • Advise the homeowner on how to ensure that the ideal sale price is achieved
  • Assist with the legal process of selling the property
  • Ensure that the homeowner receives the best possible service
  • Working towards sales targets in order to make commission
