The Graduate Account Manager will enjoy a neatly segmented role that is tailored to ensure your progression! The successful candidate will firstly obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company and its service offering. As a Graduate Account Manager you'll be involved with every element of the business cycle, speaking to clients over the phone, engaging with them at face to face meetings and delivering proposals, quotes and client presentations.

In working closely with renowned partners such as Fujitsu and Dell, as well as niche security providers, the Graduate Account Manager will employ a consultative approach when networking. You'll flex your relationship management skills by frequently attending events and ensuring that clients and prospective clients alike are fully aware of the company's product and service line.

The Role:


Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its product and service offering in order to best inform clients and partners of their offering


Develop rapport with existing clients over the phone and face to face


Prepare quotes and proposals and deliver client presentations, with the view to carrying business development targets within assigned accounts


Explore the potential for upsell and ascertain whether prospective client's needs are currently being met


Attend functions and exhibitions in order to network with clients and uncover fresh opportunities

Educated to degree level


Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
