About the role:

A day in the life will consist of booking meetings on behalf of existing customers with their ideal clients. Therefore, having an in-depth understanding of your client’s wants/needs is essential! Building strong, long-lasting relationships is the key to success and making HUGE amounts of commission. Clients include Panasonic, PG, Keboola and many more. You will be expected to build significant pipeline to be able to reach daily targets and if this is hit by lunch time…go home! Their flexible working hours and holiday allowance shows their key focus on employee happiness and work life balance. You will be joining an existing team of less than 10 in the Manchester office, with promotions on offer as soon as 6 months into the business. The business’ directors have been friends for over 20 years, so it is built on incredibly strong foundations and you’ll learn from the best in the business..

What will I be doing?

·      Managing your accounts, keeping them updated and having regular contact with them.

·      Cold outreach on their behalf to book meetings.

·      Managing your work to ensure daily targets are hit.

What do I get?

·      £22,000 - £23,000 basic (OTE £35,000). This will increase to £24,000 - £26,000 after 3 months

·      Commission bonuses to reward top performers (most meetings booked = £300 bonus)

·      First promotion within 6 months

·      Regular socials/nights out

·      12 weeks of training (121s, mentoring, classroom sessions)
